For you girls, new Tolky Monkys´ Characters

Following the style of the previously released boys t-shirts, we´ve just published three new Characters for girls´ t-shirts. You can see that, once again, we´ve taken advantage of the whole t-shirt, edges included. We know that this seems to be something very easy to achieve, but it is not so. It´s very difficult to make the ink fall homogenuosly over the seams, so you must be really careful.

Besides these printing issues, it´s worthy to remark the little detail of the label with our logo sewed at the left sleeve, the fact that we´ve only printed 130 t-shirts and that we´ve finally manufactured XL size for girls. This was something requested by you, our customers, and at last we have managed to do it. Anyway, it´s important to remark that we´ve done a few units of this size, so if you want one, you should better be quick...

The new Characters are: INVADERS, rebellion in the farmyard, the Dreams of the son of Death and MORGAN, the alley cat.

Spring begins!! - New girls t-shirts

For you shall see that we remember all of you, here are some new designs that we have prepared especially for girls. The truth is that these designs take a longer time on our shelves, but for different circumstances, we preferred to wait after Easter for submission.

There are three new designs and a reprint. About the new designs, we used two newly created characters and the other one is a character that already exists.
They are Susto, the pumpkin, Menudo, the drunken pirate in a new adventure with the siphon whale and Carlos, a kid that lives for the cats.

As always, the printing is made by serigraphy and T-shirts are made to measure, have a 95% cotton and 5% elastane and are lightly carved, although it is not the typical shirt it pastes into your body and does not even let you breathe.

The Illustrator Notebook IV

These are some sketches of two Characters we printed on t-shirts on the past year. The first one is Carlitos Caos, the Character we used in the Second Edition of our Microstories Contest. The second one is Muerte, in this case appearing to cut off a few souls. In the sketch, you can appreciate that is an illustration that we´ve done plenty of times as the line is steadier.

The Resales continue at Tolky Monkys!!

This February, Sally and Sally, the Resales twins, have decided to stay... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Of course, they aren´t going to fold their arms. They don´t get along with several Characters, so they are going to send them away of the warehouse.

For this reason, from 3rd February till 21st of the same month, they are going to "guillotine" literally the prices of some of them and they´ve let their prices in only 10€ each, either for boys t-shirts or girls t-shirts.

During this first week, till 12rd February, there will be 8 Characters at 10€: God of Eye, Abram, Arquimedes... and next week, till 21st, other 8 Characters will get their prices cut off. Pay attention!!
